         Founded in 1958 and put into operation in 1965, Kaifeng Air Separation Group Co., Ltd. (KFAS), affiliated to Henan Energy & Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (HNEC), has become the key enterprise and hard core of China Air Separation Plant (ASP) Manufacture Industry. Our main products are packaged large & medium-sized ASP and gas liquefaction plants, HP coil wound heat exchangers, metallic prefabricated cold storages, chemical pressure vessels, environmental protection plants, various chemical gas cryogenic separation plants represented by liquid nitrogen washing and CO-H2 separation units etc., NG and coal-gas separation liquefaction plants etc. Leaders of CPC and state have ever visited our company for guidance for many times.

          KFAS is the provincial New & Hi-tech Enterprise, ASP Engineering Technology Research Center, Post-doctoral R&D Base and Innovative Enterprise, One of 51 Key-cultivated Equipment Manufacture Enterprises, Famous-brand Product Enterprise and One of 100 High-growth Enterprises in Henan.。

       KFAS holds the design and manufacture certificate for A1 & A2-grade pressure vessels and GC-classification pressure piping for special equipment, the ASME certificate and “U” stamp; also passed the certification of ISO 9001 quality system and GB/T19022 measurement certification as National Grade I Unit for Measurement.

       KFAS has the annual capability to produce 800,000Nm3/h oxygen capacity per year in large & medium-sized ASPs with product tonnage reaching to 30,000 tons; 25 sets of 500t/a cold storages; 10 sets of 100,000t/d municipal waste water treatment plants; 8,000 tons of chemical pressure vessels and is one of the three production bases for HP coil wound heat exchangers in China. So far, KFAS has supplied more than 1,000 sets of large & medium-sized ASPs and gas liquefaction plants for metallurgical, petrochemical, chemical fertilizer, coal-chemical, new energy & aeronautical industries and more than 100 overseas plants through Southeast Asia, Mid-east, Africa & West European countries, which has been listed in world famous ASP suppliers.
